As one of the most popular pathways for aspiring pilots, Ryanair's Future Flyer Academy offers mentored training based directly on the airline's own SOPs. Successful graduates even receive a conditional offer guaranteeing them a First Officer role.

You can complete the academy at one of several European partner schools such as Bartolini Air, AstonFly, Aviomar, Skyborne, or AFA. Note that each school sets its own specific application requirements.
